ABOUT

WHO

I’m acting coach in Los Angeles. I’ve lived and worked in New York City, and London, before relocating to my hometown of LA. I trained at Carnegie Mellon School of Drama and received my Masters from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, in London. If you’re looking for an acting coach in Los Angeles – I’m here. If you’re abroad, I work with actors from New York to Atlanta, London and beyond.

WHY ME

Because I’m really good at what I do. Because I trained for a long time at two of the best acting conservatories in the world. Because I’ve worked with the majority of methods out there from Uta Hagen to Adler, from Michael Chekhov to Strasberg to Meisner. Because I know how to translate the complicated layers involved in acting theory into bite-sized chunks you can actually do something with. Because I love actors of all kinds: beginner actors, insecure actors, nervous actors, confused actors, angry actors, and even arrogant actors – who can be annoying to work with sometimes, but I even like those kinds of actors. I like actors.

I can’t promise you’ll book a national commercial or become a movie star (no one can don’t get conned) but I can promise you will become a better actor. Not a bad result, right?

WHAT

I coach actors looking to sharpen and explore acting techniques, master self-tape auditioning, address acting blocks and self-doubt issues, and those just starting out. I offer package courses and deals in numerous areas of study from a Stanislavski Foundation Course to Script Analysis, Self-Tape Bootcamp, and more.

HOW

By offering an approach to the development of acting-craft that works. Good acting technique is practical, not theoretical. It can be done and it can be done right now. The key is connecting to your own personal desire to be seen, to be heard, to be understood. That’s the essence.

That’s ground zero in Acting Technique.
